Description
Buried (A.K.A. Resolution 1295) is a new zombie map included in the Vengeance DLC for Call of Duty: Black Ops II. It takes place in a western town buried underground in Angola Africa. The characters from Green Run & Die Rise return to this map to continue their quest.
2 new wonder weapons called the Ray Gun Mark II & the Paralyzer. The Paralyzer can make zombies slow down & explode into dust, it can make you jump to high places when you aim it on the ground. And the Ray Gun Mark II is another new wonder weapon and a new version of the original Ray Gun. It fires 3 shots, but when upgraded, it's fully automatic & will be called the Porter's Mark II Ray Gun. The Ray Gun Mark II will make a appearance on Green Run, Nuketown Zombies, Die Rise, Mob of the Dead, Buried, & the last zombie map. It was also released for season pass holders before the DLC came.
A new gun called the Remington New Model Army will be in the mystery box. It is a powerful revolver with 6 rounds and will reload quicker without putting a bullet in each hole in the chamber. A new equipment called the Time Bomb is featured in this map. It is a time machine bomb that will allow the player(s) to go back in time to the spot where you threw the bomb. It will make zombies disappear. If you throw it round 1 & move to round 2 or more, and you triggered it, you go back to round 1 and will loose points and loose some weapons after throwing it.
A new perk called Vulture's Aid is featured in this map. The effects of the perk will allow player(s) to see other perks locations, it will reveal the mystery box's locations, it will have zombies drop points & ammo when killed. And if a zombie is killed, a green cloud will appear on the dead zombie, if you say in the green cloud, the zombies will ignore you for a couple seconds.
A new NPC is featured in this map. His name is the giant. He is a big human character instead of a zombie like George Romero & Brutus. He is locked in the jail house. You must free him by using the green skull key on the wall outside of his cell. He will help the player(s) if you feed him a bowl of candy. He'll break through debris if you give him beer, but he will go back to his cell if you shot him by accident and must find the key again to unlock it. A new special enemy called the mistress is featured in this map. She is located at the mansion. If you enter the mansion, she will spawn and will steal 2000 points from you and kill you. You can get a free perk after killing her outside of the house.
This will be the last map for the Green Run group. Or will it? But Treyarch will probably bring back the original characters on the last zombie map to put an end to the zombie apocalypse.
The Vengeance map pack will be released on July 2nd, 2013 (7/02/13) first on Xbox LIVE for 1200 Microsoft points and free for season pass holders.

Reminds me too much of Shangri La from Black Ops. Ugh
